About the Role
As Creative Marketing Assistant – Digital, you’ll play a key role in delivering our digital campaigns across shows, tours, and partnerships. From social media content and scheduling to creative asset support and online community growth, you’ll work closely with the wider team to bring campaigns to life — and connect audiences with the artists and experiences they love.
You’ll also support marketing and ticket sales for our shows by helping analyse artist/tour data, track sales performance, and optimise promotional strategies accordingly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for live events, tours, and partnerships
* Manage day-to-day content scheduling and posting across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, company website)
* Create and support content production — including short-form video, basic graphics, Artwork, captions, and copy
* Monitor social media trends and community engagement to inform content and campaign strategy
* Help build and send email newsletters and manage basic website updates
* Support digital ad campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok) with asset coordination, targeting, and performance tracking
* Work with venues, partners, and artist teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time
* Assist in analysing artist data and tour performance to support campaign targeting and messaging
* Monitor and report on ticket sales across shows, and suggest ideas to help drive conversions
* Research and compile insights on artist audiences, past tour performance, and content engagement to support marketing decisions
👀 What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or a content-focused role (experience in live music, events, or entertainment preferred)
* Confident using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Creative and detail-focused, with strong copywriting and content instincts
* Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/editing apps
* Strong interest in understanding audiences and data, and using insights to shape campaigns
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Bonus if you’ve used Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, ticketing platforms (e.g. Dice, See Tickets), or tools like Google Analytics and Linktree
* A passion for music, live events, and digital culture
