Job Description
FT Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of our national clients as they look to add a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to their support team. This position has arisen due to growth and will work within an award-winning team that provides support to various companies within the private and public sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
* · Be the first point of contact for clients
* · Liaise directly with customers and clients to support queries/tickets
* · Ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
* · Ensure that qualifications and training are up to date
* · Work with the ServiceNow ticket system
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, whilst having a can-do and customer service mindset. Knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server and Active Directory is essential, whilst hands-on experience is beneficial.
