Daily Responsibilities
* Conducting sustainability assessments and certifications for a variety of projects.
* Engaging with clients to understand their sustainability goals and providing tailored solutions.
* Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support planning and technical requirements.
* Collaborating with a professional and supportive team to deliver high:quality outcomes.
* Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Deliver BREEAM assessments and other sustainability certifications, such as HQM, Fitwel, and SKA.
* Develop and implement sustainability strategies for projects across multiple sectors.
* Prepare sustainability certification reports for planning and technical purposes.
* Manage client engagement and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Work collaboratively with a multi:disciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
* Qualified in BREEAM certification with a proven track record of certifying buildings.
* Knowledge of or qualifications in other certifications (e.g., HQM, Fitwel, SKA) is highly desirable.
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
* Membership or qualification through a professional body such as ISEP, IEMA, CIBSE, or LCC.
* Strong commercial awareness of building regulations, the planning process, and the construction industry.
* Excellent numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
* A valid driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points.
