This is a key role within a growing service excellence and innovation function, working closely with legal teams, clients, technologists and suppliers to shape and enhance digital products.The firm is investing heavily in legal tech, client collaboration tools, automation and AI, and this position offers significant visibility, ownership and influence.**The Role**As Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions used by clients and legal teams. These include (but are not limited to):* Client-facing knowledge platforms* Digital learning and engagement tools* Web and mobile applications* Chatbots and AI-enabled solutionsYou will work closely with legal stakeholders, product users and technical teams to define requirements, manage development cycles, and ensure products meet business and client needs.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and support delivery across legal knowledge and client-facing product workstreams.* Understand business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements.* Develop product roadmaps and manage sprint activity across project and enhancement work.* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, legal technologists and external suppliers.* Promote product adoption and best practice across the firm.* Analyse usage data, adoption trends and performance to identify improvements.* Define, test and implement enhancements and new features.* Ensure compliance with security, risk and governance standards.* Act as an escalation point for product issues, coordinating with support and technical teams.**Skills & Experience**We’re looking for candidates with:* Experience working with legal technology platforms or legal tech products (essential).* Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.* Experience in legal, professional services or a similar environment.* A proactive, solutions-led mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience with agile and/or waterfall delivery (desirable).* Business analysis or project management experience (desirable).* Ability to manage a varied workload and coordinate multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
