Job Description
In the role of Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process on a regional scale for all type of roles involved in Clinical Trials.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave period of 1 year
1. Develops, posts and maintains job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to the position and media platforms
2. Proactively sources potential candidates via job boards and social media
3. Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements
4. Organizes, conducts, and reports on first stage interviews and testing of job candidates (if applicable)
5. Ensures ongoing maintenance of Applicant Tracking System
6. Develops and maintains compensation and benefits benchmark for each job position; in conjunction with Hiring Manager and the wider Training & Resourcing team
7. Develops candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI
8. Ongoing partnership with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs
9. Acts as a point of contact and builds relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the company as an employer
10. Provides analytical recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager and Training & Resourcing upon request
Qualifications
11. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
12. Sufficient experience in sourcing and recruiting experience
13. Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus (but not required)
14. Experience with implementation of different recruitment methods and techniques
15. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
16. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
