The Role
As our Centre Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll lead a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help shape the future of our centre as we continue to grow. Think of yourself as a mix between a team captain, operations wizard, and community cheerleader.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health & safety
* Inspire, lead, and support an awesome team
* Maintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibe
* Organise events, workshops, and competitions
* Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performance
* Help drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideas
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
* Have experience in team leadership or management (bonus if it’s in the leisure or climbing sector!)
* Love climbing or the outdoors and want to share that passion with others
* Are organised, proactive, and great with people
* Thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment
* Have a head for problem-solving and a heart for community
