Chef Manager - Surrey - £36k Term Time Only
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for an independent school based in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.
My client is one of the leading independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a lovely day school. The kitchen caters for close to 350 covers daily. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 9 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
As the Chef Manager, you will also be involved with school events as well as liaising with parents and teachers.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge
Currently at Chef Manager level
Have a proven background within education catering
A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
Willing to be involved in school activities and a strong background in events/ hospitality
Hold a current DBS
Working 40 weeks, Monday to Friday
