Job Description About the role We’re hiring an ITAM Product Manager to own and evolve ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities in a large enterprise IT Service Management environment. You will partner with platform, engineering, operations, finance/procurement, risk and vendor teams to improve asset visibility, control, reporting, and cost outcomes. This role suits someone who can combine hands-on ServiceNow HAM/SAM capability with strong product ownership and data-led decision making. What you’ll do Own the ITAM product roadmap and outcomes (OKRs, backlog, prioritisation, release planning). Lead delivery across cross-functional squads and vendor partners. Configure and optimise ServiceNow HAM/SAM including modules, ACLs, workflows and operating processes. Improve asset data quality, governance, and lifecycle management across the estate. Define KPIs and publish MI reporting that stakeholders actually use. Drive process change, adoption and training across technology teams. Identify and manage risk and control issues related to technology standards and service processes. Support continuous improvement across ITSM delivery processes where ITAM is a dependency. What we’re looking for (must-have) Deep experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM (modules, ACLs, workflows). Strong data management and MI/reporting skills (KPIs, dashboards, data quality). Proven Agile product ownership experience. Nice to have Integration experience with CMDB, Product Lifecycle Catalogue, and ITOM Discovery. Knowledge of cost optimisation and vendor management within ITAM/SAM/HAM.
