About the Team
The AWS alliances team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

1. Driving joint go-to-market strategies with alliance partners to achieve shared revenue goals.

2. Building strong, trust-based relationships with partners and internal teams to align priorities.

3. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

4. Analysing performance data to refine strategies and identify new partnership opportunities.

5. Monitoring market trends to inform innovation and strengthen partner engagement.

What we’re looking for

6. Demonstrate experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within technology or SaaS environments.

7. Demonstrate experience with the Channel GoToMarket motion (Distribution, Reseller, Referral Partner), and the AWS Distributed Seller of Record (DSOR) program.

8. Apply knowledge of contact center and unified communications solutions to identify growth opportunities.

9. Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration.

10. Analyse data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

11. Communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.

12. Manage multiple priorities effectively in an ever-changing environment.

13. Bring familiarity with platforms such as AWS Marketplace, associated GoToMarket programs and motions.

14. Hold a degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
