Role Overview
The Trade Management (TM) team processes transactions for the Name Give Up (NGU) business and Futures: Exchanged Traded Derivatives (ETD). As a TM Analyst you will support the Trade Management ETD business, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all trades from front‑end trade capture systems through to delivery to clients, and identifying and resolving problems. You will contribute to process improvements, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and collaborate with operations and global broking teams.
Role Responsibilities
* Ensure that trades arrive from front‑office trade capture systems into the TM systems in a timely manner.
* Manage all trades efficiently, including delivery to clients, reporting venues, or clearing houses/exchanges as appropriate.
* Deliver and manage prompt allocation of executed transactions; liaise with desks, brokers, clients, and agents for prompt clearing and subsequent reporting.
* Manage intraday liquidity and exposure in a timely manner.
* Resolve queries related to non‑delivery of electronic confirmations to a client.
* Provide oversight of various external systems/platforms used by TPICAP.
* Ensure data integrity within TM systems by validating against records received from third‑party brokers.
* Monitor trade flows via in‑house exception monitoring tools.
* Undertake intra‑day/month actions to ensure trades are processed, reconciled, and invoiced correctly.
* Undertake UAT and general testing of systems and processes, including out‑of‑hours support for weekend system upgrades.
* Liaise with brokers to manage trade exceptions and provide front‑line support.
* Liaise with accounts receivable to ensure clients are billed correctly.
* Liaise with clients to resolve trade queries.
* Fulfil any additional ad‑hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
