Employment Solicitor – York
My client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a part-time Employment Solicitor to join its team in Clifton Moor.
Working closely with the Senior Solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload, covering areas such as:
* Employment contracts
* Discrimination claims
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Settlement agreements
* TUPE guidance
* Unfair dismissal claims
* Employment Tribunals
* Reorganisations and redundancies
You will:
* Have a solid background in Employment Law, be a fully qualified Employment Solicitor and able to hit the ground running
* Thrive in a busy but supportive team environment
* Excel in delivering exceptional client care
* Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
* Be looking for part-time hours with flexibility around days and hours
