A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client, a global fintech company, based in High Wycombe.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Salary of £25,000 plus discretionary company bonus + excellent benefits. Office based Mon to Fri with the option to work one day a week from home after probation.
Duties include
* Front-line Support
o Provide troubleshooting assistance for online platform queries
o Support clients with currency trade execution
o Investigate and resolve payment and banking issues, acting as a liaison for internal updates and communicating these to clients
* Client Relationship Management
o Act as the primary day-to-day liaison, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery
o Manage client accounts, monitoring progress and promptly addressing any issues or concerns
o Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, demonstrations, and training
o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
