I am hiring for Category Manager (Public Procurement / Procurement Act 23)
Location: Reading - Hybrid / 3 days Per week in Office
Experience in Public Procurement.
Strong Supplier Relationship Management experience.
Experience managing stakeholders at various levels (internal and external).
Hands-on experience conducting competitive flexible procurement under PA23.
Lead end-to-end public procurement activities in compliance with PA23 regulations.
Deliver competitive flexible procurement processes on PA23 frameworks.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
