The Role
We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join our CBRE Global Workplace Solutions team based in London on a hybrid basis. This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading the Contract Support function and providing high-quality financial and administrative support to the Finance & Contract Support Manager.
You will play a critical part in the commercial and financial delivery of the contract, acting as a trusted partner to both the operational team and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Contract Support team, providing guidance, training and oversight
Assist in the control of all financial and commercial aspects of the contract
Produce, maintain and analyse financial data, reports, forecasts and valuations
Prepare and issue contractual and client reports, including month-end and forecast submissions
Manage purchase orders, invoices, quotations, timesheets and subcontractor administration
Maintain accurate and auditable financial records (invoices, materials, GRNs, timesheets)
Support application billing and invoicing of maintenance and extra works via SAP Ariba
Manage contract escalation processes and support contract renewals
Run aged debt reports and liaise with clients to resolve outstanding issues
Collate and present portfolio and performance reviews
Support quality management system documentation and compliance
Coordinate travel arrangements for EMEA shutdowns where required
Assist with training administration and run regular training gap reports
What We're Looking For
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English as a minimum
A-levels, HNC/D, degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous
An accounting qualification or a strong interest in developing a career in finance
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience working in a financial, commercial or contract support environment
Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with a strong customer-focused approach
Able to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Calm, professional and discreet, with a commitment to continuous improvement
