Overview
This role supports the delivery of financial reporting and day‑to‑day accounting processes for a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with a balanced team, provide financial analysis, and ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and analyze variances with commentary.
* Execute balance‑sheet reconciliations, including bank, accounts payable and receivable.
* Produce bank compliance and debt covenant reports and manage net rent collections.
* Manage funding requirements and cash flow, liaising with suppliers.
* Prepare VAT and CIS returns and coordinate with tax authorities.
* Assist with year‑end audit processes, supplying information and liaising with external auditors.
* Deliver ad‑hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Respond to client, tenant and supplier queries promptly.
* Maintain accurate database updates, reviewing tenancy schedules regularly.
* Continuously evaluate processes to uphold quality assurance standards.
* Attend finance meetings with senior team members.
Qualifications
* Experience preparing PL and balance‑sheet stage accounts.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Motivation to learn and develop a broad skill set.
