Building Surveyor
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to work on a six‑month contract for a housing provider in Worcestershire. The role is part of the asset management team and will focus on planned maintenance works.
Responsibilities
* Management of contractors to deliver decent homes related projects.
* Ensuring quality of works.
* Ensure all relevant H&S and building regs are followed.
* Pre / post inspection of works.
* Reporting back any issues / updates to the senior manager.
* Providing excellent customer service to residents.
