- 5pm About the role: Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for tech and a talent for building new business? Gradwell Communications, part of the Onecom Group, is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing team.
In this role, youll be engaging with medium-sized businesses and introducing them to our cutting-edge VoIP and connectivity solutions.

What makes you a great fit: Proven success in field sales within telecoms Experience selling Fixed-Line and Connectivity Solutions Confident communicator with strong presentation skills Consultative approach to understanding customer needs Skilled in uncovering objections and decision-making processes Excellent relationship builder with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel Key responsibilities: Identify and win new business across the UK Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Accurately forecast sales performance and pipeline activity Spot cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Stay up to date with Gradwells product portfolio (VoIP/3CX, connectivity) Monitor market trends and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Direct Sales Who we are: Gradwell is part of Onecom Group, an award-winning provider of Communication Technology, trusted by UK organisations to deliver Simply Brilliant Customer Experiences.
