We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Workforce & OD Business Partner to join our People and Organisational Development Team. This is a key strategic role, working as an integral member of a Divisional Senior Management Team to shape and deliver workforce and organisational development priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting the delivery of high‑quality services by developing an engaged, sustainable workforce, and influencing workforce and service delivery at a strategic level, including the move to the new Velindre Cancer Centre.
You will work within a collaborative and supportive People & OD function, with access to professional development and will operate strategically and operationally in a complex NHS environment. The ability to work in a hybrid environment both at home and on site will be important to this role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
