WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
* Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
* Supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies accordingly
* Collaborating with support staff, SENCOs, and families
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
* Experience in SEN settings preferred, though not essential
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and student-centred learning
