The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver measurable increases in customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include meeting cleaning requirements as outlined in the local work programme, using appropriate equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The role involves cleaning all common areas of a housing estate according to schedules and frequencies, employing methods that may include, but are not limited to, the following.
