Overview
My client is seeking an experienced, MRCVS‑registered Equine and Farm Clinical Director to lead its established team across Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. This position offers a unique combination of clinical work and strategic oversight, allowing the successful candidate to remain hands‑on while influencing the direction and future development of the equine and farm services.
Supported by a strong and experienced practice structure, the role also provides the freedom to implement new ideas and lead with confidence. The opportunity is ideally suited to a veterinary professional with a strong interest in equine and farm animal medicine who is ready to progress into a senior leadership role. Responsibilities
* Guide and mentor a small team of equine and farm veterinarians, maintaining high clinical standards.
* Drive continued growth of the department through strategic planning and service expansion.
* Collaborate closely with small animal clinical directors and the practice manager to ensure a cohesive and forward‑thinking approach across the practice.
* Encourage innovation and provide scope to expand and enhance the services offered.
