Description
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SLT, the role is built around three core pillars:
* Robust reporting and insight: Owning the integrity, cadence and clarity of management reporting, ensuring leaders have trusted, decision-ready information.
* Senior leadership partnering: Acting as a true commercial partner to the SLT, translating financial insight into action and constructively shaping decisions.
* Technology, systems and automation: Serving as the finance lead, conduit and gatekeeper for systems adoption, automation and group-wide transformation, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and fully adopted.
Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
* Senior finance leadership experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
* A track record of delivering high-quality reporting and insight beyond the numbers
* Proven ability to partner confidently with executive teams and influence outcomes
* Experience acting as the finance lead on systems, data, automation or transformation initiatives
