We are seeking an Interim Head of Space Strategy, Planning and Delivery Coordination to help shape the future of space at the University of Bath.
Role Overview
* Lead the university’s ambitious space change programme.
* Deliver greater space utilisation, improve quality and attractiveness of spaces.
* Work across faculties, divisions, and campus services.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement policies to guide space management and use.
* Collect, analyse and present space management information to inform decision‑making.
* Create a culture of improved space use.
* Identify key interventions that align to institutional priorities and deliver improvements.
* Drive projects and initiatives forward in small teams and via networks.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in planning and delivering space programmes.
* Experience of space practices, design and innovative approaches to space use.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work in small teams and drive initiatives.
