Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in our practice Dentalcare Swindon. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice that prides itself on putting our patients first and providing the best care.
About The Role
1. Hours: We are seeking an applicant who can work 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
2. Responsibilities: Provide high levels of patient support and professionalism at all times.
3. Reception Duties: Manage a busy reception with numerous telephone calls, patients, and staff. Outstanding telephone manner and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, with a focus on patient interests.
4. Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative, filing, and other tasks as required by the team.
5. Team Member: Join a happy, hardworking team, demonstrating friendliness, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Holidays: Up to 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays.
7. Recognition: We are a recognized 'Investors in People' company.
About You
1. Personality: Personable, positive, enthusiastic, and patient-focused.
2. Experience: Dental industry experience is essential.
3. Skills: Ability to work well in a team, mentor, and manage others.
4. Qualifications: Secondary/GCSE or equivalent qualification.
5. Attributes: Responsible, reliable, diligent, hardworking.
6. Software Experience: Experience with Dental Reception and SOE/Exact Dental Software is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
