Role: Electrical Installation Engineer Location: Leicestershire Salary: 35k to 45k Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Installation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a dynamic, busy team. This role involves both on-site installation work at customer premises and control panel wiring in our workshop. Key Responsibilities * Install electrical control panels to CAD drawings provided by in-house electrical designers. * Install mains, 24V DC and communication cables. * Install cable containment systems to support wiring. * Wire motors, sensors, and remote Input/Output (I/O) nodes. * Terminate field cables in control panels. * Install and configure AC servo drives and inverter motor controllers. * Ensure all work complies with current electrical safety regulations and best practices. * Work on-site at customer premises in the automotive, aerospace, and logistics industries. * Undertake weekend work and overnight stays as required. * Promote a strong health and safety culture within all work environments.
