Title: Chef de Partie
Full-time position
Shift and schedule:
* Mostly Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
* Occasional evening and weekend shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Station Management: Oversee your station’s production, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
* Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation and taste.
* Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and support colleagues.
* Menu Development: Collaborate on creating and tasting new recipes.
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and in good working order.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
