The Role: Build, Control, and Deliver Value
As the Procurement Manager, your mission is to transform our purchasing strategy:
1. Process Foundation: You will be 100% accountable for designing and implementing the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, policies, and governance across the entire business. You will establish the controls and ensure compliance from day one.
2. Strategic Sourcing & Quality: You will take full control of all indirect spend categories. While achieving savings is important, your primary focus will be on securing quality, long-term value, and service reliability through expert negotiation and robust supplier relationship management.
