We're looking for a BESS Technical Manager to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business. You will be playing a key role in the growth and development of the Battery Energy Storage Systems engineering team.
This is a senior technical role with real influence, responsible for guiding engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring safe, high-quality execution as the business continues to scale.

BESS Technical Manager - Requirements & Responsibilities
1. Min. 5 years BESS industry experience
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering
3. Manage, mentor and support BESS Engineers within the team
4. Provide technical guidance and professional development
5. Develop and deliver technical training programs
6. Help scale the engineering function in line with growing project pipeline
7. Provide training across different levels
8. Promote a strong safety-first engineering culture
