Strategically manage raw material bookings, ensuring accurate system input, tracking, and clear executive recaps. Lead product delist and markdown strategy; present clear recommendations to senior leadership for approval. Analyse daily and weekly sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and partner closely with Planning to drive timely actions. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning, including ownership of key meetings. Leverage regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions. Influence stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels. Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, ensuring continuous progression, skill development, and strong performance; act as a clear point of leadership and guidance. Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and on-time delivery. Ensure accuracy and integrity of seasonal tools and PLM data. Support market training initiatives and provide operational support to maintain team efficiency.
