Overview
Quality and Compliance Manager, South West Region. £60,000 plus package. Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit an experienced registered manager / regional manager / quality assurance manager to support the group’s homes across the South West. The provider owns a number of nursing and residential services across Somerset, Bristol and Devon specialising in dementia care.
Responsibilities
* Ensure improvements in care are realised and achieved across the services.
* Lead a Care Support Team to work alongside operational teams, identifying issues and implementing solutions to promote the safety and quality of care for residents.
* Collaborate with home managers to complete internal inspections, identify improvements, and implement steps to improve services.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience as a Home Manager, Regional Manager or Quality Assurance Manager.
* Experience managing a clinical team.
* Experience in improving services and business development.
* Ability to demonstrate improvement through CQC reports.
