We’re seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our network of welcoming, inclusive primary schools in Fareham and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT looking to build confidence across year groups, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, following existing plans where provided.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that inspires every child to achieve.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning outcomes.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
* Make every day count by bringing energy, creativity, and care to each class you teach.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in UK primary schools.
* Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Is flexible, reliable, and confident teaching across different year groups.
* Brings enthusiasm and adaptability to every school placement.
* Is passionate about helping pupils learn, grow, and enjoy school life.
