Helpdesk Scheduler\n\n Location:\n\n Swindon(Office-Based)\n\n Salary:\n\n £(phone number removed) – £26,000\n\n Hours:\n\n Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm\n\nYourConstruction is proud to be working in partnership with a growing and dynamic Facilities Management company based in Manchester. We are seeking an organised and proactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join their thriving team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSchedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs\n\nAct as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients\n\nLog and update service requests accurately in the system\n\nMonitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs\n\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery\n\nAssist with general administrative tasks as required\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload\n\nConfident using IT systems and databases (experience with CAFM systems is a bonus)\n\nA positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary of £24,500 – £26,000\n\nFull training and ongoing development\n\nClear progression opportunities within a growing business\n\nA supportive and vibrant working environment\n\nPlease note:\n\n This is an office-based role.
