Customer Service Executive Location: Manchester (Office-Based) Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week Join a Fast-Growing, Innovative Finance Company Are you passionate about technology and customer service? Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive, you will: * Support customers and partners through online application journeys. * Manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels. * Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. * Keep accurate records using bespoke administration systems. * Work collaboratively across teams, maintaining high service standards. * Follow company processes and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For: Customer Service Experience - Ideally in finance, technology, or business solutions. * Strong Communication Skills - The ability to influence and build relationships. * Problem-Solving Mindset - A proactive and adaptable approach. * Attention to Detail - Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment. * Team Player Mentality - A collaborative and supportive attitude. * Ambition to Grow - A desire to develop within a dynamic company. Key Details: Shifts: 4 x 9-hour shifts between: * Monday - Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM * Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM What's in It for You?
