The Role Norton Motorcycles are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional service experience to our dealers and riders worldwide. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our dealer network and our internal stakeholders when it comes to logistics movements, queries, and support. You’ll process logistics movements and orders, manage logistics suppliers and queries, and build strong working relationships with our dealers and internal stakeholders, while ensuring seamless coordination with our warehouse and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute local, regional and international logistics movements for vehicles and parts in an efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all regulations in each relevant region Prepare and process documentation relating to imports, exports, inspections, carnets and dangerous goods shipments Provide clear communications to stakeholders for the status of each of their shipments, covering any exceptions. Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding supplier or outbound logistics delays Request and manage logistics quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation for timely payment for the services rendered Manage logistics providers to ensure on time delivery at an effective cost. This includes periodic management meetings to review performance and cost. Provide functional expertise and advise to internal stakeholders Actively work to improve the logistics function withing the business Share important updates with internal teams and escalate issues when required About You Relevant experience in local and international logistics movements for vehicles and parts within an automotive environment Highly process-driven with excellent attention to detail Proactive and solutions-focused in your approach IT Literate (Microsoft Office) Strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal interactions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Previous experience in aftersales, order management, or customer support is an advantage Rewards of working for Norton: We like to take care of our Nortoneers and we think we offer some pretty decent rewards.
