Duties:
8. Manage and oversee the parts department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
9. Maintain optimal stock levels and order parts efficiently to meet workshop demands
10. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues to facilitate smooth operations
11. Assist with pricing strategy and promotional activities for parts sales
12. Ensure accurate parts inventory control and manage stock rotations
13. Support the wider workshop and sales team with expert parts advice
Candidate requirements:
14. Proven experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or Parts Advisor within a motor trade environment
15. Strong leadership and team management skills
16. Excellent organisational and communication abilities
17. Good understanding of automotive parts inventory systems
18. A proactive approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
