Support Worker – Deal – £12.34 ph. Typical Shifts are: 7-2, 2-9 Monday to Friday. Weekends required.

Responsibilities
* Support workers help people gain more independence in their daily lives by teaching them new life skills and encouraging them to access local communities, socialise, and participate in activities.
* Work within a dynamic team to support a group of people in a supported living service in Deal, ensuring each day is productive and meaningful.
* Plan and participate in activities both in the local community and at home, including outings to bars, pubs, cinema, and other social activities.
* Assist individuals in achieving personal goals, such as preparing meals or planning holidays, and provide consistent support aligned with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
* Be resilient, flexible, and composed in approach, with experience supporting individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving license required.
* Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support and diverse needs.
