Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
* Supporting secondary students across the school
* Pupils will have EHCPs and additional diagnoses
* Support academic progress
* Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
* Collaborate with experienced teachers
Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
* Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
* Prior education / SEN experience
* Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Works well independently and as part of a team
