I am delighted to recruit a Senior HRIS Analyst role with an immediate start for a fantastic professional services client based in London, for a fixed term contract duration.
The HR function supports colleagues across the UK and EMEA region and covers the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and developing talent to driving inclusion, managing performance, and shaping reward. This role focuses on the smooth running and continuous improvement of the client's HR technology platforms. You’ll help ensure our systems are reliable, well‑maintained, and used effectively by stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports and analytics to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
* Prepare and manipulate data for bulk updates within SAP SuccessFactors.
* Manage the HRIS team inbox, ensuring queries are handled in line with agreed processes and SLAs.
* Investigate system and integration issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and communication.
* Process HR system service requests, including data uploads, picklist changes, and bespoke reporting.
* Escalate complex technical issues to global support teams and contribute to solution design and testing.
* Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, using Power Automate to connect data from multiple sources.
* Create and enhance reports within SuccessFactors Stories and Canvas reporting tools.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR system and data queries, providing clear and timely guidance.
* Support cyclical system activities aligned to the annual HR calendar.
* Review HR data for accuracy, identify integrity issues, and work with data owners to resolve them.
* Provide support across other business‑as‑usual and project tasks as needed.
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate system or process changes.
* Contribute to change initiatives and project work through testing, documentation, and user training.
