Associate Solicitor - Summer 2026 NQ
Rutherford is instructed by an elite US law firm, which has demonstrated phenomenal growth in London over the last 3 years by attracting to its Partner bench some of the most recognisable names in law across the City. Due to increased volume of work it is now considering profiles of trainees who will be qualifying in August or September this year.
This client has exceptional standards and will consider individuals who have elite US, magic or silver circle law firm training only. As part of the application process you will be required to provide appraisals demonstrating success throughout your training.
You can infer that you will be in an exceptionally high calibre environment working on high value, complex and stimulating work which is international in scope. You will be rewarded with early responsibility and a genuine investment in you and your development as a junior lawyer. This will span technical law, client management and relationship development with clients.
This is a goal aligned, ambitious place to work and it is intended that whomever joins the firm will possess the attributes and enthusiasm to progress through the ranks to be Partners themselves.
They are interested to see profiles of individuals with at least one seat in, and who would like to qualify into:

* CORPORATE - PRIVATE EQUITY
* TAX
* FUNDS - FORMATIONS AND SECONDARIES
