The Role
As a Project Worker, you will play a key role in delivering community-focused projects that support residents, particularly men and young people.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one advice and practical support on housing, benefits, employment and wellbeing
2. Maintain accurate, confidential case records, with appropriate follow-up and referrals
