This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and skilled vet to work in a truly flexible and inclusive environment, where individual strengths and interests are actively nurtured.
About the Practice:
The Practice Owner, a qualified vet with a background in both veterinary nursing and medicine, champions development at all levels. She is also a Vet GDP Advisor, with the practice approved for veterinary training. Mental health and team welfare are a priority, with trained Mental Health First Aiders on site and a genuinely collaborative working culture.
Facilities support a wide range of clinical interests, including small furries, exotics, and dentistry. The team also enjoys a strong relationship with the in-store retail partner, contributing to a loyal and diverse client base.
The Role:
* Open to both full-time and part-time applications
* Flexible consult lengths to suit individual styles
* Minimum 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am12pm)
* No out-of-hours or on-call requirements
* Protected breaks and a dedicated hour for lunch
* Appointments finish 30 minutes before closing to support a healthy work-life balance
* Regular team catch-ups after morning consults
Who Theyre Looking For:
Applications are welcomed from vets at all stages of their career. Whether newly graduated or highly experienced, the successful candidate will be a team player who values communication, collaboration, and patient-centred care.
An interest in surgery is beneficial, but not essential. Most importantly, applicants should be RCVS registered and committed to delivering excellent clinical and client service.

* Salary of up to £75,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
* Private health insurance
* Generous CPD allowance, with certificate funding available
