This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Personal Injury Lawyer to join a firm with a strong local reputation, handling high-quality claimant personal injury work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
* Managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement
* Handling a variety of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, and public liability matters
* Advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process
* Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, and settlement agreements
* Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
* Preparing cases for litigation where required
* Delivering practical, client-focused legal advice
* Working closely with colleagues to maintain a high standard of client service

Key Responsibilities
* Running a varied personal injury caseload independently
* Advising clients on liability, quantum, and settlement options
* Managing claims in accordance with relevant protocols and procedures
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Negotiating settlements with insurers and other parties
* Preparing cases for litigation where necessary
* Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards
* Achieving fee-earning targets and contributing to departmental performance
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent client service. You will have:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury law
* Experience managing claimant personal injury cases independently
* Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures and claims processes
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Attention to detail when managing complex claims
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Commercial awareness and commitment to achieving targets
* A collaborative and positive team-focused approach
