Do you thrive on helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in the Milford area, supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19 with a variety of complex needs, including:
1. Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
2. Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
3. Physical disabilities
4. Communication challenges (verbal and non-verbal)
5. Cognitive and developmental delays
No classroom experience? No problem. If you have a background in care, support work, or personal care, your skills are incredibly valuable. This role is perfect for those exploring careers in:
6. Speech and Language Therapy
7. Occupational or Physiotherapy
8. Behavioural or Cognitive Therapy
9. Play Therapy
Access to transport is recommended due to the school’s location.
