Job Description:
Are you a qualified Plumber with commercial maintenance experience? Are you looking for a company to offer upskilling and training?
One of our clients is seeking an experienced Plumber who has worked within commercial environments. This is mainly a Monday to Friday role at Swansea.
Package includes:
1. Salary - GBP32,000
2. Static, Swansea
3. Monday to Friday, 40 hours
4. No call out
5. 25 days + 8 days bank holidays
6. Pension Scheme
7. Training and Development Courses
Requirements / Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing / equivalent
Day to Day Duties:
1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
2. Detect and fix leaks.
3. Perform routine and emergency maintenance.
4. Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
5. Conduct system inspections.
6. Provide customer service and maintain records.
7. Fabric Engineer Duties:
8. Perform maintenance on building fabric (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.).
9. Conduct minor repairs and decorative work.
10. Undertake basic carpentry tasks.
11. Inspect building fabric for damage.
12. Ensure health and safety compliance.
13. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors.
14. Maintain documentation and interact with building occupants.
