The role
The role involves a broad range of commercial litigation and sports arbitration, both domestically and internationally. The firm have a strong background in successfully defending high-profile clients in landmark doping cases and provided strategic advice on various disputes with expertise representing clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and other arbitration bodies.
Responsibilities & the ideal candidate: -
* The firm boasts a proven track record in defending prominent clients in significant doping cases and offers strategic counsel on various disputes, with expertise in representing clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and other arbitration entities.
* We seek candidates from reputable commercial firms, preferably in the City, with robust experience in commercial litigation, particularly those with a focus on international arbitration or regulatory matters.
* Candidates from specialized boutique firms are especially encouraged to apply; we welcome applications from Partners or Senior Associates with 10-20 years of PQE, as well as those with strong profiles just outside this range.
* Business Development will be essential.
