BPerfect Cosmetics is quickly expanding, and we have a need for a driven Store Supervisor to join our team in our new store. If you are a pro-active person who enjoys delivering a world-class customer service and you are excited to join a high performing team, then we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

* Sales Performance:
o Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and Brand KPI’s
o Empower others to be strategic in their respective roles and be accountable for results.
o Analyse and review goals and develop strategies to improve performance.
o Maximise opportunities for makeup services.
* Customer Service:
o Ensure staff deliver consistent and excellent service.
o Resolve internal and external Customer issues and requests, in an efficient and timely manner.
o Utilise CRM to develop customer loyalty programme for product launches events and appointments in conjunction with the brand’s customer program.
o Ensure clear and specific communication when collaborating with others inside and outside of the business.
* Manager / Staff Relationship:
o Promote an environment where people feel encouraged to express their needs and opinions.
o Recognise and celebrate success.
o Manage time, establish priorities, delegate, and follow up effectively to meet goals and objectives.
o Set an example of excellent timekeeping, punctuality and grooming leading by example.
* Development:
o Conduct regular coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and follow up on progress where necessary.
o Listen openly to others and respond appropriately with a balance between talking and listening.
o Look for opportunities to develop artist capabilities both in artistry and commercial drivers
o Perform thorough and timely staff reviews in accordance with brand guidelines where necessary.
o Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity always.
* Administration/Operations:
o Assist the Store Manager with cash loss prevention procedures and established security policies.
o Prepare, coordinate, and ensure a complete and accurate cycle count and physical inventory as required.
o Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
o Preserve merchandising, display and counter hygiene standards and guidelines at all times.
o Ensure retail partners and BPerfect security policies are understood.
o Adhere to all company and brand policies and procedures.


Role Requirements

* Proven experience of managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment with a criteria of 3-5 years’ experience
* Possess strong people management, development, and leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills to cascade information to teams.
* Passionate about the beauty industry and its trends.
* Can Network in local area and enjoy implementing Brand internal and External Events.
* Retail sales: 3-5 years (preferred)
* Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
* Customer service: 2-3 years (preferred)
* Retail management: 3-5 years (preferred)
* Management: 3-5 years (preferred)
