Ivy Resource Group are currently working with a reputable residential housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager to join an active housing development in the Gloucestershire / Worcestershire. This is a site-based role on a live residential scheme of approximately 40 plots, with clear progression opportunities into a Site Manager position. The Role As Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the build, ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety standards are met through to handover. Key Responsibilities Managing finishing trades and subcontractors Overseeing plot completions to a high standard Ensuring works are completed in line with programme and NHBC requirements Carrying out quality checks and snagging Maintaining health & safety standards on site Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Requirements Essential: Proven background in residential housing Experience managing finishing stages on housing developments SMSTS First Aid at Work Desirable: Looking to progress into a Site Manager role Strong eye for detail and quality Additional Information Working hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm Travel: within approximately one hour of site Site-based position Role is live and urgent, with interviews and offers moving quickly Salary - £40,000 / £45,000 Car allowance How to apply: Submit your CV and we will contact you.
