Purpose of the Role:
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who interacts easily with a variety of customers. You will promote customer service excellence and contribute to the customer’s journey and in-store experience, displaying knowledge across product, store systems and processes. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and quickly identify customer needs to provide engaging styling options. Your dedication to exceeding customer expectations will support store KPIs and the store’s overall performance through personal productivity, while supporting the store management with specific responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* As a supervisory member of the team, you will lead and empower your colleagues, ensuring customers are at the heart of everything we do.
* You deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting, listening, and confidently offering individual bespoke advice.
* You strive for high productivity, maximizing sales and services goals, elevating every interaction, and contributing to our business KPIs.
* You have strong product knowledge across all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store and can apply this to tailor the customer experience and support your DM & SM with operational best practice.
* Utilise sales and customer data to inform interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Actively seek opportunities to improve store performance and service quality based on feedback from Feefo, Mystery Shops, and other tools.
* Assist store management by owning stockroom and back-area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to stock & cash control procedures to minimise losses.
* Follow the Appointment process using the appointed platform, ensuring customers are contacted prior to their visit and status information is recorded accurately.
* As a supervisory team member, be accountable for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
* Balance cash at the end of the day and ensure correct procedures are followed.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Technical:
* Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
* Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards.
* POS systems: familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
* Knowledge in data analytics, leveraging sales and performance insights to drive store success, improve customer experiences, and support continuous excellence.
