Job Description
3. Project Support: Providing the projects team with assistance with day to day process management and project administration, including data entry and analysis and identification and resolution of issues.
4. Team Assistance: Supporting the team and facilitating everyday activities (meeting organisation, document preparation etc.).
5. Communications and Relationship Management: Making sure that we maintain excellent relationships with our installer partners, our funders and with customers who are receiving home upgrades by responding to queries and collaborating with partners to make sure that the necessary work is carried out.
6. Process Improvement: Identifying areas where the processes we operate can be improved and working with the team to make changes where needed.
7. Managing Documents and Records: Archiving, recording and retrieving company files, both physical and electronic.
