An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join a well-established and growing lettings and property management business based in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the property sector, particularly within residential lettings, with full training and long-term progression available.
The Role
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you will support the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio, including:

Assisting with property inspections and check-ins / check-outs
*
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
*
Coordinating maintenance and repair works
*
Supporting compliance, certifications and safety checks
*
Handling general property management administration
*
Developing knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice
